小笠原研究施設の利用について | 小笠原研究委員会

1. 小笠原での研究計画が具体的に決まったら、小笠原研究年報に記載の「東京都立大学小笠原研究施設使用要綱」をよく読み、施設使用の申請を使用開始希望日の３週間前までに小笠原施設利用窓口に出してください。この窓口は小笠原専門委員会です。担当は、牧野標本館の加藤（katohide@tmu.ac.jp）です。
2. 申請書には代表者の氏名、所属、身分、施設使用者の氏名・所属、身分、目的、使用期間を明記してください。申請者は本学教職員（名誉教授，客員教員，および客員研究員を含む）に限ります。小笠原に関連 する研究課題を持つ本学大学院生および卒業研究生は指導教員を申請者にし、施設使用者として申請できます。また、学外共同研究者の場合は、本学教職員に同行することを原則とし、施設使用者欄に氏名、所属、身分を記入してください。
3. 使用許可がおりた後、出発の前日までに理系管理課庶務係で施設使用許可書、施設利用マニュアル、施設の鍵を受け取ってください。
4. 施設の使用に当たっては、「小笠原研究施設使用マニュアル」をよく読み、間違いのないようにしてください。
5. 帰学後、必ず研究施設使用報告書を理系管理課庶務係に提出してください。

Use of Ogasawara Field Research Station

1. To use the facility, read thoroughly “Year 2010 Facility Usage Guidelines of Tokyo Metropolitan University Ogasawara Field Research Station” described in “Annual Research Review of Ogasawara” once your research plan in Ogasawara has been decided and make an application at least 3 weeks prior to the desired date of use. Ogasawara Executive Subcommittee is the contact point for application and Dr. Hidetoshi Kato in the Makino Herbarium is the designated person in charge.（katohide@tmu.ac.jp）
2. In the written application shall be specified the name, affiliation and title of the group representative as well as all facility users, and the purpose and period of facility use. Application is limited to teachers and staff members of Tokyo Metropolitan University (including emeritus professors, visiting lecturers, and visiting researchers). Graduate and research students whose research themes are related to Ogasawara are entitled to apply as “facility users”, by appointing their supervisor as “an applicant” of the application. When an external research partner uses the facility, he/she must be accompanied by a university teacher/ staff member. The name, affiliation, and title of the external research partner shall be written in the section of “facility users” of the application form.
3. After being given permission to use the facility, receive “Permission for the Use of Ogasawara Field Research Station”, “Facility User’s Guide” and facility keys at General Affairs Section, Administrative Affairs Division of Sciences by the day before departure.
4. Read thoroughly “Facility User’s Guide” in use of the facility to prevent any trouble that may cause.
5. Submit “Report of the Use of Ogasawara Field Research Station” to General Affairs Section, Administrative Affairs Division of Sciences soon after returning to the university.
